How far in advance do I need to contact GTS?
For recurring programs and large events, 3–4 weeks allows for full program design. One-time bookings can typically be accommodated with 1–2 weeks notice. Last-minute and same-day requests are handled based on availability — call us directly at 1-800-877-1970 for urgent needs.
What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?
The more detail, the better: travel date, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, event type, and whether the need is one-time or recurring. If you're not sure about any of these, call us — we'll ask the right questions.
Do you handle last-minute or same-day bookings?
Yes. GTS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1-800-877-1970 for last-minute and same-day requests. We accommodate urgent needs based on availability and will tell you honestly if we can help.
Will I get an actual quote or just a price range?
You will receive a complete, specific proposal. GTS does not return price ranges — we return vehicle recommendations, logistics approaches, and specific pricing based on your actual requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by program size and lead time. Your GTS account manager will walk you through the terms specific to your program. We work with clients on reasonable changes when circumstances change.
Do small groups receive the same service level as large corporate accounts?
Yes. A group of 15 people receives the same pre-dispatch inspection, background-checked driver, and operations contact as our largest corporate program. Size has never determined the standard of care at GTS.
Can you accommodate recurring weekly or monthly programs?
Recurring contract programs are a core part of the GTS business. We have operated fixed-route and recurring shuttle contracts continuously since 2000. Tell us about your recurring need and we will design a program around it.
