What We Do

Every movement, expertly managed.

Since 2000, GTS Charter has built transportation programs for organizations across Los Angeles — from management consulting firms and entertainment companies to aerospace academies and school districts. We don't offer generic bus rental. We build programs around how your organization actually moves.

Service 01

Corporate Shuttles & Employee Programs

When a management consulting firm trusts you to move their people between offices, meetings, and airports without a single delay, you develop an understanding of what corporate transportation truly demands. It demands a dedicated account manager who knows your schedule before you remind them. Routes that account for Los Angeles traffic reality, not theoretical drive times. And a contingency plan that's already in motion before you realize anything has changed.

GTS has managed recurring corporate shuttle programs across Los Angeles County for over two decades. Our clients include some of the most demanding professional environments in the city — organizations where a late shuttle isn't an inconvenience, it's a business problem.

For corporate clients, we offer full program design: route mapping, timing windows, headcount variability planning, driver assignment, and a single operations contact available from first pickup to last drop-off.

  • Daily employee campus shuttles
  • Executive airport transfers
  • Off-site event transport
  • Parking structure shuttle programs
What's included
  • Dedicated account manager

Entertainment Industry Transportation

Los Angeles is the entertainment capital of the world. GTS has been its transportation partner since 2000. We understand that a film school's 6am shuttle and a haunted attraction crew's midnight strike have entirely different operational requirements — and we've served both with the same uncompromising standard.

Thirteenth Floor Entertainment and LA Film School are among the organizations that have trusted GTS to move their people. In an industry where timing is inseparable from performance, we operate with the discipline the work demands.

Our entertainment transportation services cover production crew shuttles, student transport, talent movement, and event logistics for the full range of Los Angeles entertainment organizations — from independent productions to established institutions.

  • Film and TV production crews

  • Haunted attraction and event operations
  • Studio lot shuttles
What's included
  • Pre-trip vehicle inspection

Education & Student Transportation

Moving students requires a standard that exceeds every other category of transportation. Background-checked drivers. Pre-dispatch vehicle inspections. Reliable on-time performance. Communication protocols that keep administrators informed in real time.

TPAA Palmdale — The Palmdale Aerospace Academy — has trusted GTS Charter to move their students. That trust reflects what we've built over 25 years: a reputation among educational institutions that we take student transportation as seriously as they do.

GTS serves K-12 schools, universities, athletic departments, and specialized academies across Southern California. Whether you need a single field trip or a recurring program, our student transportation operates under exactly the same safety and communication protocols.

Best for
  • Field trips and academic excursions
  • University athletics programs
  • School district contract routes
  • Specialized academy transport
What's included
  • Background-checked, DOT-compliant drivers
  • Pre-dispatch inspections

Stadium, Venue & Event Transportation

SoFi Stadium. Crypto.com Arena. The Hollywood Bowl. Dodger Stadium. The Rose Bowl. After 25 years in Los Angeles, GTS knows every loading zone, every restricted access window, and every preferred approach route for the major venues in Southern California.

We've coordinated arrivals and departures for events where a late vehicle means 200 guests standing on a curb. We've managed multi-bus convoy staging for corporate groups at sold-out games. We've coordinated simultaneous arrivals across multiple drop points for large-scale events that required military-level logistics.

For events, GTS provides on-site coordinators who manage vehicle staging, passenger flow, and real-time adjustments as headcounts shift and timing changes. This is not an upgrade. It is how we run events.

Best for
  • Corporate group event outings
  • Venue shuttle programs
  • Large-scale event logistics
  • VIP group arrivals and departures
What's included
  • On-site GTS coordinator
  • Vehicle staging management
  • Real-time headcount adjustments
  • Backup vehicles on standby
  • Venue-specific route knowledge

Sports Teams & Athletic Transportation

Sports team transportation is a specialty. Equipment demands specific cargo capacity. Multi-stop routes require precise coordination. Youth programs require the same safety standards as professional organizations — and in many cases, more documentation.

GTS has transported teams from youth leagues through NCAA programs. Our drivers are accustomed to the culture, the timing, and the operational requirements of athletic travel. We accommodate equipment, understand game-day timing pressures, and provide the dependable arrival and departure performance that coaching staff depends on.

From a single game-day shuttle to a full-season contract, GTS builds athletic transportation programs that work around the team's schedule, not ours.

Best for
  • Youth athletic leagues
  • High school and collegiate programs
  • Tournament and competition transport
  • Away game logistics
What's included
  • Equipment-compatible cargo capacity
  • Season contract programs
  • Game-day coordination
  • Coach and athletic director communication

Contract & Fixed-Route Programs

GTS has operated fixed-route and contract transportation programs since 2000. School districts. Government agencies. Healthcare systems. Corporate campuses. Each contract program is built to the client's operational requirements and maintained to the same standard on day one and day one thousand.

Our contract clients don't rebid every cycle because we don't give them a reason to. We proactively report. We continuously optimize. We flag issues before they become problems. And when something changes — a route modification, a headcount shift, a schedule adjustment — we adapt without disruption.

Backup vehicles are pre-positioned on all contract routes. Your riders receive consistent, reliable service every time — because consistency is what a contract is for.

Best for
  • School district recurring routes
  • Healthcare system employee shuttles
  • Government agency transportation contracts
  • Corporate campus fixed routes
What's included
  • Dedicated route manager
  • Backup vehicle on standby
  • Monthly performance reporting
  • Route optimization reviews
  • Multi-year contract capability

The GTS Process

How a GTS program works.

Every program we build follows a four-step process that ensures operational precision from the first conversation to the final drop-off — and beyond.

Discovery

We start by understanding how your organization actually moves — not how you think it moves. Before any vehicle recommendation, before any pricing, we learn your sites, your timing windows, your peak headcounts, and your operational constraints. This conversation is the foundation of every successful GTS program.

Program Design

Routes, timing, vehicle selection, contingency plans, communication protocols — all built to your specific operation. We don't adapt a template to your needs. We design a program from your needs up. Every detail is reviewed with your team before a single vehicle is dispatched.

Day-of Execution

Your dedicated operations contact is available from first pickup to last drop-off. For events above a certain scale, a GTS coordinator is physically on-site. Real-time communication. Immediate response to changes. The operational confidence that comes from 25 years of knowing how things can go and being prepared for all of it.

Program Review

After every major event and on a monthly basis for recurring programs, GTS conducts a debrief. What worked. What changed. What we'll optimize. Your program doesn't stay static — it improves continuously. This is the difference between a vendor and a partner.

What Clients Say

25 years. Zero exceptions.

The standard GTS holds is reflected in the relationships we've maintained — and the clients who come back year after year.

They are so easy to work with, lovely staff, very helpful and responsive and awesome drivers. Highly recommend!

Austin K.
GTS Charter Client

GTS Charter handled shuttle service for our son's wedding. They were professional, flexible and completely easy to work with. Their shuttles were clean, smoke free and on time. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Julie G.
GTS Charter Client

This is the second year in a row that we have contracted with GTS for multiple departures for a large number of volunteers to move them from a downtown LA venue to the airport. For the second year in a row, GTS knocked it out of the park.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

Straightforward answers to the questions organizations ask most before starting a GTS program.

What is the difference between GTS and a standard charter bus company?
A charter company executes a booking and sends a driver. GTS manages a transportation program. That means a dedicated account manager who knows your operation, contingency vehicles pre-positioned before your event, on-site coordinators for complex logistics, and a proactive communication standard that means you hear from us before you need to call. The difference becomes obvious the first time something unexpected happens.
How far in advance should I book?
For recurring programs and large events, we recommend contacting us at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow for full program design. For one-time bookings, 1–2 weeks is typical. We do accommodate last-minute and same-day requests based on availability — call 1-800-877-1970 directly for urgent needs.
Do small groups receive the same level of service as large corporate contracts?
Yes. A group of 28 students on a field trip receives the same pre-dispatch vehicle inspection, the same background-checked driver, and the same operations contact as our largest corporate program. The size of the booking has never determined the standard of care at GTS.
Can GTS handle recurring weekly programs?
Recurring contract programs are a core part of the GTS business. We have operated fixed-route and recurring shuttle contracts continuously since 2000. These programs include dedicated account management, monthly performance reviews, and continuous route optimization.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down?
For all programs above a certain scale, backup vehicles are pre-positioned before your event begins. For standard bookings, our operations team responds immediately with a replacement vehicle. In 25 years of Los Angeles operations, we have never left a client stranded. That outcome is not accidental — it is the result of deliberate preparation.
Do you serve clients outside Los Angeles?
GTS is headquartered in Los Angeles and serves all of Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego, Ventura County, the Inland Empire, the Antelope Valley, Santa Barbara, the Coachella Valley, and the Las Vegas corridor.
Can you brand vehicles with our company logo?
Yes. Corporate clients can have their branding placed on GTS vehicles for their program. Your employees and guests see your company's identity, not ours. This service is available for recurring corporate programs.
What types of vehicles are available?
GTS operates a full fleet: Luxury Sedans and SUVs (Cadillac, Tesla) for up to 6 passengers, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans (12–14), Ford E-450 Mini Buses (24–28), Grech Motors Mini Coaches (35–40), Deluxe Motor Coaches (47–57), and Transit Buses (up to 100). We recommend the right vehicle for your group after a discovery conversation — not before.
Are your vehicles ADA accessible?
GTS maintains ADA-accessible vehicles in our fleet. Please indicate accessibility requirements when requesting your quote so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.
How does GTS handle event changes or headcount adjustments?
Changes are expected. Our dedicated account managers are available to adjust vehicle assignments, timing, and logistics as your event evolves. For same-day changes, your direct operations contact handles adjustments in real time.
